Paddle — Our New Payment Processor
We are in the process of switching payment processors from FastSpring to Paddle. We have not transferred all subscription data to Paddle yet, however, we have updated our subscription process to support a better purchasing experience and added the ability to update payment details within the app for all new subscriptions. Once we have fully transitioned to Paddle, all subscribers will have access to these improvements. We plan to complete this transition process by the end of March.
New “Checkout” Experience
The new checkout experience includes a new design that feels more up to date than our previous checkout process.
New “Update Payment Method” Experience
You can now change your payment method directly within the app. Previously, to do this, you had to leave the app and go to our payment processor's (FastSpring) website.
Fixes
Fixed a bug that made it so that you could not deselect a cell in the database.
Fixed a bug where payment details could not be updated for subscriptions with an overdue payment.
Fixed a bug where the modal for deleting a board would appear when attempting to delete a database from the home panel.
