How to Add Content to a Workspace Using the Search Popup

Learn about the two ways to add content to a workspace via the search popup

Method 1 β€” Select the Search Result

  1. Open the search popup by pressing Control + P (Windows) or Command + P (Mac) on your keyboard.

  2. Search for the resource you want to add.

  3. Then click on the item in the search results that you want to add.

Pro tip: You can also use the arrow keys on your keyboard and the Enter key to select the resource.

Method 2 β€” Drag & Drop

  1. Open the search popup by pressing Control + P (Windows) or Command + P (Mac) on your keyboard.

  2. Search for the resource you want to add.

  3. Then drag and drop the resource to the location in the sidebar that you want to place it in.

Note: You can also drag resources from the search popup and place them anywhere else in the app that supports drag and drop.
