  1. Access the menu for the page or stack. If the page or stack is in the sidebar, hover over the item and click on the three-dot menu icon. If the page or stack is open in the work area of the workspace, you can click on the three-dot menu icon located at the top-right of the open page or stack.

  2. Click on the “Print or save as PDF” option. (This will automatically open a new tab in your browser).

  3. On the “Instructions” card at the top-right of the new browser page, click on the “print dialog” link under the heading “How to save as a PDF”.

  4. With the print dialog open, click on the “Destination” dropdown menu.

  5. Select the “Save as PDF” option.

Saving a PDF works best on the Chrome or Arc browser.

Pro Tip 2: Turn on Background Graphics in the Print Dialog

Some elements on a page don't render by default when printing or exporting a PDF. To fix this, follow the instructions below:

  1. Open the print dialog for your browser by pressing Command P (Mac) or by pressing Control P (PC).

  2. Click on “More settings”.

  3. Click on the checkbox for “Background graphics”. (You may have to scroll down to see this option.)

Once the “Background graphics” option is checked, you're all set.
