How to Print a Page or Stack

To print out the contents of a page or stack, do the following:

  1. Access the menu for the page or stack. If the page or stack is in the sidebar, hover over the item and click on the three-dot menu icon. If the page or stack is open in the work area of a workspace, you can click on the three-dot menu icon that is located at the top-right of the page or stack.

  2. Select the “Print or save as PDF” option. (This will open up the page or stack in a new tab in your browser).

  3. On the “Instructions” card at the top-right of the new browser page, click on the “Print” button.

Pro Tip 1: Use the Chrome or Arc Browser

Printing works best on the Chrome or Arc browser.

Pro Tip 2: Turn on Background Graphics in the Print Dialog

Some elements on a page don't render by default when printing or exporting a PDF. To fix this, follow the instructions below:

  1. Open the print dialog for your browser by pressing Command P (Mac) or by pressing Control P (PC).

  2. Click on “More settings”.

  3. Click on the checkbox for “Background graphics”. (You may have to scroll down to see this option.)

Once the “Background graphics” option is checked, you're all set.
