How to cancel your subscription

Follow these steps to cancel your subscription.

  1. Click on your profile image at the top right corner of the app.

  2. Then select “Account settings” from the profile menu.

  3. Under the “Plan & Billing” heading of the Account settings modal, select the “Cancel” button at the bottom left of your subscription card.

What happens after my plan is canceled?

You'll still have access to all of Speare's features until your plan officially expires.

Can I resume my plan after I've canceled it?

Yes. If, after canceling your plan, you decide you want to turn it back on, you can do so by clicking on the “Resume” button which appears at the bottom left of your canceled plan card.

Can I still access my data if I don't have a paid plan?

Yes, you can still access and export your data from Speare even if you don't have a paid plan. You just can't create or add anything new to Speare without a paid subscription that hasn't expired.
